**5th-8th Grade Coed Wrestling is open on Familyid.com**

Cost is $60.00 and must be paid before first meet. Must have current physical on file with Gyna in the Office at LMS before practices start. Questions call 541-767-5903.

**7/8th Grade Boys Basketball open now on familyid.com**

Cost is $60.00 and must be paid before 1st game. Current physical must be on file for practices.

 6th Grade Girls and Boys Basketball now open on https://www.familyid.com/lincoln-middle-school and will start on December 8th. Fee will be $60.00 and will need to be paid before 1st game. Practice schedule will be Monday 12/8-12/11 Boys 4:30-6:00pm and Girls 6:00-7:30pm.

Practice schedule for 12/15-12/18 will be same times.

Current physical must be on file before practice begins.

**INCOMING 6TH GRADERS WILL NEED A NEW SPORTS PHYSICAL**

Sports Physicals: Our district requires every athlete to have a current sports physical in order to be cleared for athletics. Repeat physicals are required every 2 years. INCOMING 6TH GRADERS WILL NEED A NEW PHYSICAL BEFORE BEING CLEARED. Physicals must be on a state mandated form, completed and signed by a physician, and turned into the athletic office before athletes will be cleared for practice.
