**Registration is now open for 6-8th Grade Track and Field on familyid.com

Cost will be $60.00 and practice starts Monday, March 9th at 3:15pm-5:30pm

Please wear shorts, sweatpants over the top, hoodie and athletic shoes for practicing.

Maker sure current physical is on file in the Office.**

 

**3rd LMS (not SVA) sport is free contact Gyna at 541-767-5903 if any questions. Example: athlete plays LMS Volleyball, LMS Basketball and LMS Track is free.

 

 

 

Sports Physicals: Our district requires every athlete to have a current sports physical in order to be cleared for athletics. Repeat physicals are required every 2 years. INCOMING 6TH GRADERS WILL NEED A NEW PHYSICAL BEFORE BEING CLEARED. Physicals must be on a state mandated form, completed and signed by a physician, and turned into the athletic office before athletes will be cleared for practice.

All athletes must have insurance coverage in order to participate in sports. If you do not have health insurance, South Lane School District will be offering affordable insurance through Myers-Stevens & Toohey Co, Inc. You can go to https://www.myers-stevens.com/enrollment-page/ to see plans.
